The instrument generator allows to generate the model by modifying simple parameters .
It is thus possible to make as many combinations of these parameters as possible.
Unlike other CAD tools, the script in OpenSCAD language, can be changed very quickly and some configuration files can be understandable for non-computer scientists like musicians, for example.

The purpose of the generator, if all goals are achieved, will be to make custom mouthpieces while guiding the musician on his choices, between-other with a calculation of the influence of his choice of parameters on the accuracy so it can find a configuration that best suits him.
Old instruments can be reproduced, and accuracy can be fixed by example.

OpenBrass make prototypes with 3D printing, however, nothing prevents you to realize the instruments of a more traditional way.
